The Fluppy Dogs were a creation of the 1980s, and existed in two different forms. One was a 1986 one-hour Disney-animated TV special, entitled "Fluppy Dogs," that was intended to become a series but never made it past its pilot episode. The other was as a series of stuffed animals by Hasbro, which are quite easily procured now on eBay. The Fluppies have since been abandoned by both Disney and Hasbro, but live on in the hearts of many, as evidenced by this listing! What is a fanlisting?
